We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your Pastilak product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, with all tags and seals intact. Because our gummies are an ingestible supplement, we're unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used, for health and safety reasons. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because Pastilak products are a consumable/ingestible supplement, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed items for safety and quality reasons — this is a standard regulatory requirement for supplement and personal care goods, not a Pastilak-specific policy. We also do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once eligible and accepted), then place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
United Kingdom 14-day cooling-off period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you're an EU or UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without needing to give a justification. The same condition requirements above apply.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
