Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Pastilak is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

International shipping and customs
For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check order status anytime by logging into your account or using the order lookup link in your confirmation email.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us at business.pastilak@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help resolve it where we can.
